California Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
Loved This ! 2 hrs before cooking marinate chicken with EVOO, garlic, lemon juice, S&P. Grill Chicken on grill pan for 1-2 minute per side (do not fully cook through). Then proceed to top with ingredients and bake until cheese melts. (Cooking time varies with thickness but make sure not to over cook the chicken)

Aw-some Cole Slaw

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
This is definitely a keeper. Used angel hair shredded slaw in the bag and added some celery flakes and red roasted peppers instead of carrots.

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
I made this with chicken tenders and used bottled lemon and lime juice and it was fabulous. I recommend making extra sauce for dipping afterwards.

Absolutely delicious. I used a chuck roast cut up and added a cup of beef broth to the 2 cups of wine. The meat melted in your mouth.

Chicken Catch a Cola

Sauce was good up to the point of adding the sour cream. I didn't like the flavor the sour cream made. Family loved it though.

Made this dish with Christmas Dinner and it was a smash hit. I made extra layers of potatoes topping each layer with garlic butter and cheese. Lightly sprinkled top with flavored bread crumbs.

Absolutely The Best Shrimp Scampi

Followed recipe only omitting the brandy, turned out great. I made this three times since. Served over angel hair pasta. Just before putting in broiler I sprinkle flavored bread crumbs over top.

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2002
I was skeptic about the feta cheese in chicken but was pleasantly surprised. Next time I will use more spinach and tomatos and the sauce does need to be thickened a little more with flour or cornstarch. Recommend serving over Angel hair pasta.

Terri's Veal Marsala

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2002
This recipe was scrumptious. I dipped the veal in egg before coating with flour mixture with a small amount of seasoned bread crumbs (just enough to give the veal more texture when cooking) I also doubled all the ingredients (except veal) and added mushrooms in step 3. Before adding the remaining chicken stock (I used chicken broth) I mixed 2tsp of cornstarch w/ the broth. This Recipe is definitely a keeper Thanks Terri!!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Best Caesar Salad Recipe. Left out anchovies and added a par boiled egg. Don't skip making the croutons, it's the best part.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2002
Fabulous Recipe. We did not find it salty at all. I sauteed green onions and mushrooms in the butter before adding rest of ingredients. Poured over chicken cutlets and only bake for 35-40 minutes as cutlets are thin.

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Great Recipe and so easy. Have already made several times. You do need to use more eggs for marinating. I usually use 3-4 eggs and serve the chicken with Honey Mustard Drizzle sauce found on this site - Delicious

This was a great recipe and the steak was good but I thought the gravy was on the bland side. Next time I'm going to try Cream of Mushroom Soup.
