American Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2003
Simple, yet really good. Picky husband liked it since I left the onions out. I'll add it to the rotation.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: May 23, 2003
I know the name says it all, but this is really, really buttery. It did make for tender chicken, though

Fresh Tomato Pie

Reviewed: May 23, 2003
This is one way to use up tomotoes out of the garden. I liked a homemade crust because it was lighter/thinner than the store-bought.

I put the spices and fruit peels in the ground tray of my coffee urn and brewed it that way. Worked great and was a big hit at my party.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2002
I let my bread machine mix and knead and baked it in the oven (375 degrees for 30 min.). It was great! Would be good to dip in olive oil with cracked black pepper like they do in the restaurants.

Cowboy Macaroni

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2002
I found this dish to be very bland. I'd rather separate the ingredients and have a hamburger, macaroni and cheese, and sliced tomatoes then to mix it together.

This is the best and so addictive. You can't stop at just one bite.

Easter Leftovers Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2002
I took other reviewers advice and used Swiss cheese, cut down on potatoes and increased the milk. The Swiss made it a tangy dish. It was very tasty! I've recommended it to others who were stuck with leftover Easter ham.
