My cooking tragedies
The first roast I ever cooked couldnt even be cut with a knife. (I really dont think it could have been cut with a chainsaw)but my darling husband choked it down with a smile on his face.....we still laugh about it 25 years later! I used to burn tea until I got a cooktop with a timer that cuts the eye off after the alloted time! LOL

Green Goddess Dressing III
I thought this was fantastic and had lots of bold flavors! It was not fishy at all (I thouoght I might even add some more anchovies) the only thing is it is too runny .....how should I thicken it? other than that .....LOVED it. Margaret

Barbequed Marinated Flank Steak

Gooey Butter Cookies
I just took these out of the oven!!! OMG They are heavenly!! And to think I started to trash them cause I thought they would be too cake-like. And so did my daughter. Dont let the recipe fool you, and MOST OF ALL do not over cook!! They will be a little gooey when you first take them out but dont worry they will be fine...YUM
