Hot Buttered Rum Batter

I made this last night to test it before giving it as a gift for Christmas. It was REALLY good. I followed the recipe exactly, but cut it in half. After being in the freezer overnight it's still not completely frozen..

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Very yummy. Better than my mother's sweet potato casserole. Yeah, I said it :) I made this a day in advance minus the topping, and then added the topping and popped in the oven for about 20 minutes right before dinner. I took the advice of other reviewers and baked the yams instead of boiling them. I also let the casserole sit at room temp for a couple of hours before adding the topping. Thank you, I will be making this for years to come.
