Apricot Brown Sugar Ham

I tried this recipe for dinner tonight with an 11 pound non spiral ham, bone in. it took a little over 3 hours to cook. I used dijon mustard because I did not have the dry stuff. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to the t. It was so very delicious! Very very moist and tender. The drippings were so good! especially with bread dipped into it! Will use this recipe every time I make a ham!

Tasty Tuna Burgers

I think I rated this already but I had to come back to share what I did with this recipe tonight. I ran out of bread crumbs so I used Doritos and french fried onions in place of the onions and bread crumbs. Hehehe...It was really very tasty! A very versitile recipe that will definitely stay in my recipe box :)

Savory Chicken Breasts

I love this recipe! I tried it two weeks ago, as written, but again tonight with a couple of changes. I added gouda cheese as it was all I had, used cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can of ragu fetuccini sauce,and half a can of fat free milk used stove top, didn't have bread crumbs or crackers and I topped one flat with fried onions, sprinkle with parmesan for last 5 minutes....wow. you can really go nuts and make all kinds of yummy things with it!!! served with green bean cassarole and fetuccini noodles....:)

Chef John's Roast Turkey and Gravy

This is the second time I am making the turkey. One was made for the saturday after thanksgiving, which came out great and the next one was made today. I used all of the ingredients with only one addition to the herb butter, garlic. Just used a small amount. The presentation of the bird is wonderful! the flavors were fantastic and it was so very moist and tender! The steps from the video were spot on and very helpful. Can't wait to try more Chef John recipes!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Recipe is fantastic! I followed recipe to a T using a 6 pound chicken and then put it in an infrared roaster for 90 minutes. It came out delicious! Moist, juicy, tender and the spices were perfect! will be my go to roast chicken recipe!
