turkey was great... they weren't 100% sure they liked the gravy... they didn't like the sweetness of it. I thought it was awesome myself...

White Chili I

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2003
I thought this was awesome. I used a pound of chicken. Broth I used 2, 15oz. fat-free/reduced sodium. Green diced chiles I used 7 oz can. 2 cans of the beans. No cilantro because hubby hates it. I thought this was awesome. Will definitely cook it again!

Chicken Hurry

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2003
It was ok. It is definitely easy to make. I'd probably only cook it again if I was in a pinch (I will probably always have these ingredients on hand) but wouldn't go out of my way to cook this one.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: May 24, 2003
Awesome! Added cheese to half of them to try it both ways. We all liked the cheese ones most. Doubled the recipe (except bell peppers) and it was exactly enough to fill them completely full with no leftovers. Covered with tinfoil for 55 minutes then added cheese for the last 5 minutes. Next time I will blanche the peppers as recommended by others.

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2003
GREAT! I used potatoes o'brien instead of tater tots and didn't have mushrooms to add... but added some garlic powder and onion powder to the potatoes and half cooked them before adding them to the mix. Very tasty leftovers!!!

Chili Dog Casserole I

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2003
This was so easy and tasted great! I used a large can of chili instead of the 15 oz and piled on extra cheese. We will fix this again!

Beef Tips and Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2003
Very good. I stired the soups and water together before adding mushrooms and meat. I used fresh mushrooms and sauted them in butter, garlic powder and onion powder instead of using canned mushrooms. I then browned the meat in the same pan before adding it. I cut 5 minutes off the recipe because the liquid was almost gone and I was afraid it would burn. I would add more liquid next time so we have more gravy... but I would definitely fix it again. Thanks!

less pepper next time and expect it to take several minutes to cook the water out and carmelize the onions.
