Rosemary Chicken with Orange-Maple Glaze

FABULOUS!!!! I didn't have oj so I used syrup from some manderine oranges and pure Vermont Maple Syrup is amust in this recipe. I used grade B. B is best for cooking. I added about 2 tsp grated orange peel. We have this at least once a month. thanks for sharing! d1rhett

No Bake Cheesecake I

I used chocolate ghramcrackers. This is great. I think i baked mine to long it was dry. Next time I'll cook for 50 min. instead of 60. will make again.

these are great as long as you boil long enough for the sugar to compleatly disolve otherwise they will be gooy and not set properly.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole II

I changed it a little. I added some portobello mushroom stock that I had saved from sauteing the mushrooms the week before. I also added carrots celery onion and garlic. I replaced the mayo with light cream. I added rye bread crumbs and sliced tomatoes to the top. I used cheddar cheese. out of this world. freezes well. will make again
