Herbed Scalloped Potatoes and Onions
Super good and so easy to make! What a great way to make an economical side dish with things I usually have in my cupboard. I followed the recipe exactly, but sliced my potatoes extra thin with a mandoline. I cooked at 325F for an hour and half, but believe the dish would have been ready in just an hour since my slices were so thin. Thanks!

Chicken Paprikash II
Really good recipe. I made it according to directions except that I used 3 lbs of chicken thighs. The sour cream really toned down the spiciness of the paprika/red pepper flakes. This will be a repeat recipe at my house.

Spicy Bean Salsa
oh this was very tasty and easily changed based on ingredients you have on hand. I've usually chopped up more jalapenos because I like it a little spicier than written. Also good with chopped green or black olives and garbanzo beans. I haven't used chopped onions, but instead chopped green onions.
