Caribbean Chicken

This was a tangy surprise. I normally don't make recipes w/ limited reviews, but this was good. It was somewhat messy to make, but it was a good use of chicken

Onion Rice

This is a surprisingly easy and tasty side dish. If you just have an onion and rice and are scrambling for a side-dish, this is a good idea. It adds flare to a normally boring rice dish

For as much work that went into this I'm surprised I found it so bland. There are so many flavors in it, but it seems to come out boring. I served this @ a dinner party and my girlfriend and coworkers liked it but I think they were just being nice.

Baked Sesame Chicken

It was good. Somewhat dry--but it HAS to be healthier than the stuff you get @ Chinese carry-out.

Peanut Butter Noodles

This was shockingly good. It had a great asian flare and I was surprised at how well the peanut butter worked into the mix

Italian Meatball Sandwich Casserole

This was a surprisingly good recipe. We didn't have italian seasoning, so we used this season mix for pasta sauce. It came out fine. We also used a garlic wonderbread loaf instead of regular italian bread. I did find the meatballs themselves a little bland. Next time I'll find a more inventive meatball recipe and this thing should come out perfect

Fresh Strawberry Almond Pie

Very very nice. It's just like your average fresh strawberry pie, but the almond extract gives it a cherry flavor w/ the strawberry. It tones down the tartness and makes the dessert have a smoother flavor

Mon Dui! Wonderful stuff, the presentation is great too--it looks like I spent quite a bit of time on this side dish. I agree w/ prior reviews: use fresh garlic.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

I'm a conservative. I eat meat. but I was making dinner for one of my liberal vegetarian friends. I, not wanting to disappoint a lady, made this. It was great! It's the rosemary that really makes it good--fresh is a must!
