Boneless Buffalo Wings
My husband went to Texas A&M where they have a restaurant called Wings-n-More. By far the best wings I have ever had in my life! (and only at the original place--the franchises just aren't as good to me) Needless to say, I made these knowing it was a tough crowd. They were a hit!! The only change I made was I used thigh cutlets, since we are a dark meat family. I will be making these many more times.

Rempel Family Meatloaf
I have never made meatloaf due to bad memories of our family recipe. I couldn't stand it! My husband requested it, and after 10 years of marriage I thought I would give it a try. This is one of those few meals that goes under *EVERYBODY* liked it! All three boys and my DH and myself. I'm making it again after only a week.

Baked French Toast
I made this at midnight the night before a baby shower I was throwing. I was incredibly tired and not paying attention. I ended up combining ALL of the ingredients and pouring them over the top (just melted the butter). Imagine my distress when I realized my mistake the next morning! My husband convinced me to bake it anyway and I did. I warned the guests, but they all LOVED it! I hadn't read the reviews beforehand, so I had no idea that it might be soggy. Mine was not soggy, but I did leave it in the oven after turning it off to keep it warm. I can't wait to make it again, only this time the correct way!
