Lighter Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

This pie is TO DIE FOR. I used sweet potatoes instead of pumpkin and turbinado sugar instead of granulated. I couldn't tell the difference between this pie and the full-fat pies I had made before. DELICIOUS!!!

Pumpkin Pancakes

These were amazing - The batter was a little thick so I cooked them on very low heat... but they didn't get burnt and they were fluffy and AMAZING - these I will make again! My husband said "Give them five stars!" :)

Pizza Crust Fantastico

Garlic Creamed Chicken

This was truly excellent. I didn't have any sour cream (well, I did but it was moldy...), so I left it out, and I thawed some frozen broccoli and added that. Delicious.

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Probably the best burgers I have ever made! Very hearty! I wouldn't recommend this recipe for picky eaters - if you're used to bland, this may overwhelm you... but if you're used to a little Garlic and like Basil, you simply MUST try these. DELICIOUS.

Beef Stroganoff II

This was a great recipe! I used only 3/4 cup of the Sour Cream, and I thought the flavor was *perfect*. I was trying to save time and used pre-cut stewing tips - I don't recommend this. They are just way too chewy. But that's not the recipe's fault. IT was a wonderful recipe.

Sauerbraten Klopse (Sauerbraten Meatballs)

Delicious -- My boyfriend and parents loved it!! Next time I will probably add a little more vinegar to give it a more "sour" taste. Excellent over egg noodles and served with sauerkraut. MM!
