I'm not a big chocolate cake fan, but my mom asked me to make one for her birthday. I have to say that this was delicious! It was very dense and not too sweet. I wasn't sure about the coffee flavor, but I added it anyway. I didn't really taste it. I served cold the next day, as others suggested. It was absolutely wonderful!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Yum! We just finished eating this soup and my husband and in-laws thought it was great. I prepared it just like the recipe said and it turned out wonderful. It had just a little spice and was very filling. We served some shredded cheese and sour cream on top with a side of chips and salsa. Thank you, Janeen, for an easy, delicious meal.

Easy Salmon

Yum! I'm not a huge fan of salmon, but this recipe was easy and delicious. The mushrooms turned out excellent. I served with rice pilaf and steamed veggies, and my husband thought it was great.

Classic Pizza Margharita

I first made this pizza for my vegetarian sister and her 2 year old son. They loved it! My husband, who is usually a meat eater, loves it too. I usually use a homeade pizza crust and bake it a few minutes before adding the toppings. Then I bake for about 10 minutes and it comes out great. Definitely a keeper!

Cherry Angel Food Cake

YUMMY! This cake was so easy and made a perfect light dessert. I served this to my in-laws and received high praise. My father-in-law went back for seconds. I actually added more cherries than the recipe called for, and I folded them in (as suggested in another review). A few pieces did end up with more cherries than others because I folded rather than placed them, but this was not a problem for those who got those pieces. My husband suggested that I add even more cherries. This was absolutely delicious. Thanks for sharing, Traci!

Garlic Chicken

This is such an easy recipe. I cooked this when we had company and everyone loved it. I usually add a little salt, red pepper, and black pepper to the bread crumbs and cheese just to give it a little more flavor. This is a great weeknight meal because it's fast and I usually have the ingredients on hand.

Baked Pesto Chicken

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

As other people noted, it took a while to remove the seeds from the raspberry sauce, but it was worth it. I took this cheesecake to a family birthday party, and it was the first dessert eaten. I got rave reviews!
