Premium Pizza Crust

Wow!!! Made this a few days ago. Was tempted to use warm water to dissolve the yeast but didn,t, followed the recipe exactly as written. Couldn't spin it and you know what, no big deal, that crust came out so darn good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I use a large pizza pan and laid parchment paper on the top and trimmed paper to the edge. Pizza slid right off, lightly browned and crispy on the bottom. This is a keeper. Froze the other piece of pizza dough. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. D.B.

Whipped Cream Frosting

This was a great frosting. Used 1.5 cups of powdered sugar like others had stated, also put the bowl and beaters in the freezer which I always do when whipping cream. Stood up well, will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing Tom

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

WOW!!! Were these ever good. The best. I used milk instead of water, but don't think it would have made a difference. Also used brown sugar instead of white. I didn't have to add any more flour. The recipe was perfect. I did use the cream cheese icing, it's nearly a must for those wonderful cinna-buns. Thanks for sharing. It's a keeper for sure. Doris

Blueberry Coffee Cake III

Wow, this cake was excellent. I tripled the recipe, baked in a sheet cake pan, to bring it to church in the morning. Will be making this cake often for we have our own blueberry bushes, but I used the ones I had frozen and added them in frozen. Was very thick and with the frozen berries, it made it even thicker. But managed to spread it out ok. Thanks for sharing Donean

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls

I have had nothing but raves when serving these rolls. The recipe appears to be very forgiving. I did need to add some more flower after blending in the mixer. I kneaded the dough just long enough till I felt the dough was a good consistency. I have punched the dough down twice, then shaped my rools for the last rise. I make my rools larger then recipe calls for, I then make sandwiches, use them as hamburger rolls, last but not least, soooo good to toast with my morning coffee. I bake them about 3/4 in apart. Makes 20 good size rools, makes much more dinner rools. I would bake them on a cookie sheet, you will need two of them. Every one that has eaten my rools said they were to die for.
