Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie
For some reason, it was perfect...no weeping, but it was a gift...when she cut into it the lemon was liquid. It had set out at room temp all day..could that be the problem? The taste was amazing and it is comparable to my grandfathers lemon pie. In fact I used his recipe along side this one. Didn't know about refridging it. Will try again
