I found this recipe about a year ago, and have made it several times since. My husband raves about it everytime I make it. My changes to this recipe are minor. I dredge the roast in flour, salt and pepper it, then brown it in a little olive oil. If I have fresh mushrooms in the house, I slice them up and put them on top of the roast once it's in the Slow Cooker. I substitute one of the cans of the Cream of Mushroom Soup with a can of Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup...just my preference. When I mix the soups together, if I think of it, I add a few drops of A1 Sauce...again, just a personal preference. I have made this recipe using the Healthier Choice Soups, too...and, it comes out tasting just fine. I give this recipe five+ stars!!
