Spinach and Tortellini Salad
Wonderful pasta salad. I took it to a BBQ recently (along with copies of the recipe), everyone loved it. I used a fresh spinach, coarsely chopped, grape tomatoes, a small red onion, and I added salad shrimp. I used Italian Salad Dressing from Hidden new favorite Italian Dressing. This recipe is quick, and delicious...what more could you ask for!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I found this recipe about a year ago, and have made it several times since. My husband raves about it everytime I make it. My changes to this recipe are minor. I dredge the roast in flour, salt and pepper it, then brown it in a little olive oil. If I have fresh mushrooms in the house, I slice them up and put them on top of the roast once it's in the Slow Cooker. I substitute one of the cans of the Cream of Mushroom Soup with a can of Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic Soup...just my preference. When I mix the soups together, if I think of it, I add a few drops of A1 Sauce...again, just a personal preference. I have made this recipe using the Healthier Choice Soups, too...and, it comes out tasting just fine. I give this recipe five+ stars!!

Strawberry Cream Cheese Clouds
This is a quick, easy dessert. I'm serving it this afternoon at a family BBQ. I followed the recipe exactly this time, next time I would substitute Almond Extract for all, or part, of the Vanilla Extract. The Puff Pastries are simple to make, which adds to the ease of the recipe. However, I think I will try it with homemade Cream Puffs next go around. All in all, a keeper.
