I made this for dinner last night when it was almost time for bed because my husband and I needed to eat some real food before we went to bed, so it had to be quick and easy. I had all the ingredients on hand. I spiced up the cooking vegetables with creole and cajun seasoning and salt and pepper. When it was done it tasted great, and there's enough leftovers for a few people to enjoy.

Glazed Meatloaf I

I've never made meatloaf quite as good as this one, it tasted real good. I followed the recipe exactly except I added about half of a medium onion (about 1/2 cup) instead of a 1/4 cup, and I think this recipe leaves room for extra ingredients to be added of your preference!

Campbell's® Healthy Request® Creamy Chicken Pasta Salad

I think this recipe turned out ok, I just didn't like it as much as I thought I would. I followed the recipe exactly except I used canned diced tomatoes roasted garlic flavor. Not sure how it could be better, maybe it's just my personal taste, but I like to use mayo or miracle whip in foods like this.
