Lemon-Pepper Salmon II

Pretty darn good! Changes I made:: frozen filets, added brown sugar to thicken, baked at 400 for 20 minutes covered with foil and broiled for another 5 or so. Great recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Fabulous recipe! Super easy and great to use with leftovers. I used scalloped potatoes and ham from Christmas dinner and this recipe turned out great. Changes I made: used celery salt, a mix of chicken broth and chicken granules because that's what I had on hand, and the scalloped potatoes. Great as a meal with a salad and some crusty bread.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

I changed a lot of this recipe based on previous reviews but still gave it 5 stars. I used instant brown rice and it worked just fine. Additions: 1 tbsp of brown sugar and lemon juice, couple of squirts of Worcestershire(?) sauce, few dashes of paprika and garlic powder. I used 2 cans of stewed/diced tomotoes in seasonings instead of tomoto soup (I think that would be bland). I did not steam the leaves first. I baked at 350 for an hour. My husband and 20 month old really liked it! Oh, so did I:)
