Valentino's Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
I scaled this recipe down to 4 servings, added garlic powder, basil and rosemary to the crust, let it rise for an hour, patted it out and topped it with sauce, cheese and portebello mushrooms, then baked for 15 minutes at 425. It was awesome!

German Baby

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
I warmed up the eggs and milk as suggested in other reviews, and also added 1/2 tsp vanilla. I warmed up the pan with butter in the oven while making the batter, dumped the batter in, and it came out perfect in 16 minutes! Served with lemon and powdered sugar. Delicious!

Pineapple Tarts

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2011
So much easier than I thought it was going to be! Changes: I pureed fresh pineapple chunks in a food processor (No draining), then simply let it simmer with the sugar and cloves while I made the pastry. I only stirred it every few minutes (not constantly like the recipe said) and it turned out perfect! -simmered about 45 minutes total on low heat. The pastry was easy to make, and turned out flakey and delicious. I will definitely make this recipe again!

PHILADELPHIA New York Cheesecake III

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2010
This was the 2nd cheesecake I'd ever baked, and it came out perfect! I followed the recipe exactly and baked it in a shallow water bath, then let it cool in the hot oven for an hour after it was done baking. It turned out perfectly, lightly browned on top, and firm with no cracks!
