Blue Cheese and Asparagus Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2011
This is delicious! I'm craving it right now in fact. I added mozzarella cheese and some chicken. It had just the right amount of blue cheese that the recipe called for. I loaded it with asparagus, but to make slicing the pizza easier, place the asparagus straight towards the center and slice between them. Otherwise, it gets messy!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2011
I halfed the recipe and the sauce came out very thick. I also used imitation crab instead of shrimp, which was tasty. I also used crumbled parmesan instead of shredded, so it stuck together. Next time, I will lessen the fat content and use half and half instead. I will also use shredded parmesan too. It smells delicious and my roommate could smell it outside the house!

Oreo™ Cookie Bark

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
This was a huge hit at my party! Everyone loved it and couldn't stop eating it. My boyfriend does not typically like white chocolate, but he told me to make more just for him. I wish I had more occasions to make this more often, as I would eat the whole pan myself!

Garlic Alfredo Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2011
Such a fast and easy recipe! I used less butter and oil, but used a whole jar of alfredo sauce since I was serving over noodles. I love the flavor of the creole seasoning, so I added a bunch more on the tilapia and noddles. I will be making this often!

Win's Shrimp and Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2011
Changes: Used 1/4 C. butter, doubled creole seasoning and teriyaki sauce, and used angel hair pasta. Also, instead of putting the sauce onto the pasta, I put the pasta in the skillet with the shrimp and sauce mixture. It coated the pasta and It was delicious! It was so fast and easy. The flavor of the creole seasoning was pefect. Not too spicy or salty for my tastes. I will be making it again and again!

These are Cowboy Eggs in my family! So easy to make and I loved to pull the crust off around the egg, and then dip in in the runny egg yolk!

These were very tasty and there is many variations you can be creative with. They were very rich in chocolate flavor and I loved the texture. They were a hit at the party I took them to. Nobody could figure out what was inside of them that made them so yummy!

I love anything with buffalo sauce and these are great! The bacon was a nice touch, and I used blue cheese dressing instead of ranch. I will be making again!

Chicken Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2011
LOVED this! Unfortunately, it is very unhealthy. I used only 1 pint of riccotta, 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese, and 16 oz of spinach to make it somewhat healthier. I also used Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles and covered it with aluminum foil, and the noodles baked very well. I will make this again. Very Delicious!! Update: For an easier, cheaper, healthier version I used 1 pk. frozen cheese ravioli, 1/2 pk. frozen spincach, 1 jar alfredo, 1 small can mushrooms. Cook ravioli according to package, while boiling, cook spinach according to package, add alfredo and simmer until warm. You still get the pasta/alfredo/spinach taste!

Chicken Primavera with Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
I agree that it was very bland and needed more spices. It didn't make good leftoevers, the sauce dried out and it lost it flavor. It was very simple to make and a good way to incorporate veggies, but I think there are better recipes for the Philly Cooking Creme

Mint Chocolate Chip Pie

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
This was average dessert. I did it with layers of Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream, Cool Whip, and Hershy's Chocolate Syrup. It was very easy and didn't take long, but it would have been just as satisfying to put cool whip on a bowl of ice cream.

Chicken Noodle Stir-Fry

Reviewed: May 4, 2011
Very quick and easy recipe! I just used frozen stir fry vegetables and put as much soy sauce and teriyaki that I liked. The ramen noodles did become soggy, but thats because I cooked them too long before adding them to the vegetables. I will make it again!

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
These were very easy to make, juicy, and made huge burgers. But they were bland, so I added blue cheese dressing for more flavor. There was too much onion. I do not think I will be making these again.

Chicken Creole with Chile Cream Sauce

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
This was very fast and easy to make. It had just the right amount of spice for me. The only change I made was cutting the chicken into bite sized pieces and mixing the cooked rice with the whole mixture. I will make this again!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
This was actually a fun recipes to make and very easy. I added a small can of mushrooms, but it could use more spices for flavor. There was no way this mixture would fill up 6 12" flour tortillas. I only was able to fill 6 6". I will be making again!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2011
This is so easy, fast, and delicious! I only used about 12 oz of buffalo sauce and it was plenty for me. I also used the whole packet of ranch because I could not taste it after using 1/2 packet. I put mozzarella cheese and blue cheese dressing on it for added flavor. It is a keeper!

Broccoli Chicken Divan

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
It was average as written. I think it does need more flavor to it. I had to pour on the salt and pepper! I will make it again with a few adjustments because it is so easy and quick.
