Buffalo Chicken Rolls

I did not care for this recipe. The chicken ends up dry and tasteless. I can barely taste the cheese or the buffalo sauce. I was disappointed in the recipe both times I made it.

I halfed the recipe and the sauce came out very thick. I also used imitation crab instead of shrimp, which was tasty. I also used crumbled parmesan instead of shredded, so it stuck together. Next time, I will lessen the fat content and use half and half instead. I will also use shredded parmesan too. It smells delicious and my roommate could smell it outside the house!

Blue Cheese and Asparagus Pizza

This is delicious! I'm craving it right now in fact. I added mozzarella cheese and some chicken. It had just the right amount of blue cheese that the recipe called for. I loaded it with asparagus, but to make slicing the pizza easier, place the asparagus straight towards the center and slice between them. Otherwise, it gets messy!

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

These were very easy to make, juicy, and made huge burgers. But they were bland, so I added blue cheese dressing for more flavor. There was too much onion. I do not think I will be making these again.

Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo

Must stir every 30 minutes or so so it doesn't burn at the edges. I used mozzarella instead of swiss cheese and added pesto! Its easy and tasty, and I will be making it again
