Delicious!!! Used the water bath, and followed directions exactly. Worked perfectly, no cracks. After the hour baking time, I turned the oven off, and left the cake inside as directed. I remember thinking this doesn't look done. Cake was very, very wet, and had not pulled away from the sides the way others had indicated it would, so I was a little concerned. However, I looked again 2 hours later, and the cake didn't look wet anymore. I left in the oven overnight, by morning it had pulled away from the sides. I let it age in the refridgerator 2 days before serving. The flavor was awesome, perfect. Not to sweet, a good cheesecake. Deserves all the ratings it is receiving. Thanks Chantal!
