Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Huge crowd pleaser!!! My suggestion: ADD AVOCADO CHUNKS BEFORE SERVING :)) My family and my husbands family requests this EVERY time we get together. Since finding this recipe in 2012 - I've made this countless times to the point I know it by heart. Sometimes I find the olive oil drowns the spices and vinegars. I keep the olive oil amount but double the vinegars/spices/garlic. I use a lot of cilantro and add a few dashes of Sriracha hot sauce. This makes a lot of salad but its very versatile. It can be added to your tacos, chicken, salad - even to your pasta sauce. It keeps long and it tastes fabulous !!!

Party Cheese Ball
A tip: I let the cheese sit 1-2 hours if I have the time and then mix all the ingredients. Wrap it in saran wrap, make a ball and chill. THEN roll in finely chopped pecans. I love cheese of all kinds and this recipe has been used for years in our family. I never cut the worcestershire down, it adds to the flavor for sure. Along with the lemon juice. I only omit the salt. Happy eating :)

Cajun Style Meatloaf
seriously the best meatloaf I've had. the last time I had meatloaf was years ago and I'm not a fan but this recipe is a keeper. Easy instructions, just follow as it is. I had garlic mashed potatoes and steamed asparagus with it - what hit for my fiance' and guests!
