Wow! Just what I was looking for! Very easy to throw together and very, very tasty! I made a few modifications based upon what I had on hand: Used a "cup o' noodles" type ramen soup, the spices are already mixed in, so I jusst crushed everything together, added a small head of cabbage, about an eighth head of red cabbage, two grated carrots and 1/2 small chopped onion. I doubled the dressing recipe accordingly, and used 1 Tbsp sesame oil with the oil called for (1T sesame+3 T canola oil.) Used rice vinegar and Splenda in place of the sugar. Added a splash of soy sauce. I didn't have almonds or peanuts, so I chopped up some cashews instead.
I've already eaten two bowls and can't wait to make this again...so that maybe my family can try it! Thanks for a great recipe!
