Antojitos Minis

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2003
These were excellent. You can vary the ingredients depending on your tastes. I tried them both in the mini muffin adn regular muffin tins. I liked the larger ones better because you can get more filling inside each one. I liked the suggestion to misx all of the ingredients except the cheese beofre filling the tortillas.

Awesome Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 18, 2004
This recipe was great. I read the comments and adjusted accordingly. I doubled the recipe for a large party and used one can cream of broccoli soup and one can cream of mushroom soup and only 1/2 the sour cream. I mixed all of the cheese in with the broccoli/soup mixture prior to baking. It was excellent. Thanks for the recipe!

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
This was excellent. I used the tortellini in the refrigerated case, rather than the dried package. I also added some red peppers and onions. The sauce was very tasty! Thanks!

Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: May 10, 2005
These pancakes turned out very good. I was a little leary of using yogurt, it sometimes ruins recipes; however, these were moist, fluffy and flavorful. I used the tip to add some extra cinnamon. That added nice flavor. I made them for Mother's day and mom (and the rest of the family!) was very pleased. Thanks!

These were very easy to make and turned out wonderfully. I made them for a bake sale and they were gone quickly! They are very rich, so cut them into small squares.

Cheesy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2008
This was so delicious! The meatloaf made enopugh for excellent leftovers as a sandwhich and cut up into "meatballs" with spaghetti. The only change I made was to use beef broth instead of the water. Thanks for this recipe!

This was really good. I could have cooked the brussel sprouts longer. The carrots turned out perfectly and were most delicious! This dish looked very nice and colorful on the table. Thanks for the recipe. It was a winner at Thanksgiving and I will make again for Christmas.

Rotisserie Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2010
Quick and easy. This was so juicy. Thanks for sharing. I just got my grill rotisserie attachment and this was the perfect first dish! Definitely put foil or a pan under the chickent to catch the drippings or you will have a big mess.

Chicken Potpie

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
This was so delicious! I used half the butter and a little olive oil (I was out of butter) and used 3/4 of the flour. We had leftover rotisserie chicken, so I used that. I will definitely make this again.
