!I LOVE JESUS!
That about sums me up, but I will take advantage of the characters alloted.
I graduated Civil Engineering from Bradley University May 2010, and while I greatly miss my many wonderful friends from college, this new chapter of life is exciting as well. Unemployment is my current occupation, but I am devotedly searching (although if money falls from the sky, I would have no problem letting my thinking skills melt).
I have kept myself busy painting, cooking, baking, crocheting, singing on church and youth group worship teams, etc. Minus the last listed, I basically am a 22 year-old grandmother, and I embrace it.
I also love to dance (all the time!), read the Bible, eat ethnic food, run, make junk into something beautiful, give gifts, and friends and family.
Despite regrettable imperfections, I am a young woman desiring to be all Jesus wants me to be, and I hope to do the same when I am 103.
My favorite things to cook
Banana Bread (all baking)
Chicken and Dumplings
My favorite family cooking traditions
Baking lots and lots and lots of Christmas cookies!
My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving 2010,... learning to make/perfecting Tiramisu,... I merged many recipes into my own. Unfortunately, an exact recipe is still not recorded.
My cooking tragedies
Many, many (Too many for 1000 characters) close calls. But, all in all, prayer has made some of my worst potential cooking tragedies into triumphs!
