Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
This is a wonderful recipe, quick, easy, and makes super fluffy pancakes! I used skim milk which I ran out of and had to substitute almond milk for half of the liquid. I also added 1 tsp vanilla, substituted brown sugar for white, and used 1/2 cup whole wheat flour in place of 1/2 cup of white flour. With this method the batter was a bit too thick so I added more almond milk to thin the batter. My children LOVED these pancakes and so did I!
