Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

These are awesome. I usually cut the recipe in half and make it in a 9x13 pan. My kids love them and I have made them for several family affairs and have gotten rave reviews. The butter makes them. Don't substitute!! Sometimes I add walnuts.

Jif® Peanut Butter Blossoms

These are AWESOME ! I followed so of the other's suggestions, and added 3/4cup peanut butter, and instead of a 1/2c butter flavored crisco, I used 1/4c plain shortening with 1/4c butter. These are the BEST of this type of cookie I have ever made. The real test, is how they are the next day. These are just as buttery and soft/chewy the next day as well !!

Erin's Cheesy Broccoli Soup

OK....LOVED this soup!! Be patient though, I made a few incidental changes, due to lack of the proper ingredients at hand. I followed the recipe exactly....except, instead of cream cheese I used 8 oz of laughing cow (garlic/herb and French onion) and instead of the chicken bouillon, I used vegetable buollion....that's it, otherwise everything was the same. KIDS LOVED IT TOO!! Thank you for this recipe. It's in my saved folder now.

Easy Meatloaf

This was EXCELLENT. Moist, easy to make, and my picky 9 and 11 year olds asked for seconds!! I followed some of the other's suggestions...cut the mustard amount in half, doubled the sauce for the top, increased baked time to 1 1/2 hours, added a tablespoon of worcestershire to the meat mixture, and sauteed' the onions with a little garlic before I added them to the meat mixture. I let the whole thing rest about 10 min after it came out of the oven, before I cut into it. Deeeeeelishhh!
