Yellow Squash Patties
These were delicious!! My entire family enjoyed them, even the "squash haters"! I did as some of the others suggested and added a little seasoning, like fresh garlic and garlic powder. We put a little bit of hot sauce on top when we ate them! Definitely a keeper!!

Restaurant-Quality Baked Potato Soup
This soup is delicious, the only problem I had was that everyone liked it so much I didn't have any leftovers! I tweeked the recipe a little bit by using one can of chicken broth and one container of chicken stock, just because it was i had on hand. Also used fat free half and half and it came out great. I also used the packaged bacon bits and put them in while it was simmering. Next time I think I will use a few more potatoes and perhaps one of the "loaded" instant potato mixes as a previous reviewer suggested. My husband and kids scraped the pot. I can tell I will be making this recipe often!!

Seven Layer Dip I
I have been making a variation of this recipe for years and always get requests for the recipe. We do it a little bit differently by omitting the meat which makes the preparation much faster and easier. We layer the refried beans on the bottom and then sprinkle taco seasoning and mix it in! This gives it a great taste and adds spice. Omit the salsa and place chopped fresh tomatoes on top and cover with the cheese. Its a little difficult to make the layers look nice but once you cover it in cheese you can't tell the difference. Best served warm! Enjoy!
