Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2011
I reduced the sugar to 1 cup + 1/2 cup brown sugar and it still tasted too sweet. It was so gooey that it took me 45 min to bake it, then it gave me lots of frustration to cut it, it was too soft and crumbly. The cut was ugly, I can never bake this to take anywhere unless the people are ok in eating with a spoon out of the pan.

Glorious Sponge Cake

Terrible cake! So rubbery and dry, really, my jaw is hurting after chewing a piece of this cake. And I even put some basic syrup on it.

Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
Best pound cake recipe ever. I reduced the sugar to 2 cups and kept everything else and wow, it tasted better than cake mix, so moist, not dense at all, perfectly sweet. This is really the no fail cake. Even my husband loved it and he usually doesn't eat cakes or sweet stuffs, but devoured this cake without frosting.

Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
Really good recipe, but leave more space between them because they really rise more during the baking and I got all of them joined and crowding my baking sheet, but they taste so good, and double the brown sugar and cinnamon to give them more taste.

French Bread Rolls to Die For

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2010
I got the same problems with the dough getting flat at the 2nd rise but I solve it by reshaping them into balls and loaves just before baking and it worked and the first batch tasted a little sweet, not good and then I put some butter on the 2nd batch halfway in the baking. But I am going to find other recipe for french bread, this is not that good.
