Marinated Spicy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2007
I have not made pork anything in almost 9 years, but made this last night and we all LOVED it. The soy sauce flavor was perfect, I may try more brown sugar and Chile sauce next time, not b/c it needs it, but just to try it!

Pecan Cranberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2007
These are sooo good...I used Orange Juice instead of Milk, not sure you could really taste the difference, but it wasn't bad either! Thanks for the great recipe!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2006
Soooo good! I was looking for something quick and easy and this was perfect...it cooked all day and when my sons football practice was done we were ready to eat! It is definately more of a fall winter food, but really good anytime! I loved the gravy and may try to double it next time! I did add mushrooms just for something additional. I served it with redskinned garlic mashed potatoes (which I thought I got off this site, but now I can't find the recipe), my whole family loved it! This will definately be a favorite this winter!

Taste is awsome, presentation not so great...my cake cracked, maybe I left it in to long (83 minutes)...Very Very good and well worth the baking time!

I used Splenda instead of sugar and aplpesauce instead of oil. We all loved it, especially my 4 yr old. I've never thought to use pears for bread before!

So GREAT, I changed nothing, although next time I may increase the amount of chicken, it didn't seem to be enough!

California Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2006
AMAZING! I sauteed in olive oil as suggested, but I also added lemon juice for some more flavor! I had to use Monterey Pepper Jack cheese, witch I was dissapointed about, but ended up LOVING it! The tomato added SOOOO much flavor and avacado's are alwasy yummy! This will definately become a favorite!

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2005
I don't know where my craving for Macaroni and Cheese came from, I've never been a fan, in fact it's been at least 20 years since I've eaten it, but I decided to try it. This is still cooking in the oven, but I can't help but sneak little bites here and there and it is incredible!!! I think I like Macaroni and Chese now! I did everything exactly as the recipe calls for except I used sharp cheddar cheese and just a little bit extra mustard and Worcestershire sauce! Thank you!

Easy Spinach Dip

Reviewed: May 13, 2005
This was great! My young children LOVED it, couldn't get enough! I made it exactly as the recips said, my only complaint was the time it takes to make the bacon, bt I guess that's just part of it!

Party Cheese Wreath

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2005
We love to make this to go with the pita chip recipe from this site. I increase the amount of red bell pepper quite a big, sometimes I omit the onions (depending who I'm making it for) and increase the Worcestershire sauce and red pepper for a little extra flavor! This is a favorite!

Chicken Enchilada Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2005
This was perfect, exactly as I was looking for. I garnished with crushed tortilla chips. I also used half Hot Mexican velveeta cheese and half regular, it was spicy, but the kids could still handle it! It was SOOOO good, I ALMOST wish winter wasn't almost over so I could enjoy this longer!

Fabulous Wet Burritos

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2005
THIS IS A NEW FAVORITE! Although they create quite a mess, they are very easy to make! I always double the recipe and feeze half, I don't use the beans (we're not fans of beans), and I don't use the tomato soup, instead I use an extra can of enchilada sauce for a bit more spice! I baked them instead of microwaved them, I like them a little crispier and I used a little bit more cheese. We also like to garnish with black olives! These have turned out GREAT every time, we will be enjoying these A LOT MORE! THANK YOU!

White Chili II

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2005
After all the preperation done to get this on the table I expected something much better. I took one bit and couldn't touch any more. My husband only at 1/2 a bowl, normally he will eat almost anything! I think it was all the seasonings, just WAY to overpowering!

I found this to be exactly what I was looking for. I didn't feel like rolling and cutting them all out so I baked them like a bar and I added some crushed pecans! So Good!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2004
Soooo good and soooo easy! The only change I made was I used 3/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup ricotta cheese, I'm sure it would have been great with just sour cream though too! Definately not for those on a diet...but oh so worth it! Thank you!
