Bubba's Jambalaya
Great recipe, but I did not see any warnings about the following. When I added the rice, it sucked all the liquid up. Next time I'm thinking of putting some rice in each person's bowl and then ladling the liquid into each bowl. Did anyone else have an answer for this problem. Other problem, which is my fault, was I used a larger shrimp with tails because I did not have salad shrimp. The tails came off and some mouthfuls had these broken off tails in them. Not good. These are not the fault of the recipe, but I thought I would warn others about my problems. Thanks Bubba.

Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits
Recipe is definitely 5 stars. I made them per the recipe. Our dog and every one else's dog in the neighborhood loves them. I give them away with a copy of the recipe. As far as I know, none of these lazy dog owners have made them for their dog?? I checked with our vet before I made the first batch. He gave them a thumbs up. These have to be better than the commercial treats you buy. Our dog has had nothing but these for the last six months and still lovers them. I know these have to be better than anything made in CHINA. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes and then roll them out. Cut with a knife into small squares if you don't want to fuss. Thank you for for a wonderful recipe.

Homemade Hamburger Buns
This recipe is so easy and produces a great bun. Chef John comes through again. Like others have said, the buns at 8 servings are too large. I tried 10 and still felt the buns were a tad large, so today, I'm going to 12 buns. Size is a personal preference so 8 might be fine for you. Try this recipe. You will not be sorry.
