Grandma Susie's Macaroni Salad

This pasta salad is very flavorful and I will definately make this again! I used sandwich meat because I did not have any cubed ham on hand. I followed the directions completely and think this should be made a day ahead as the pickle and red onion will marinate the mayo overnight. I also used Hellman's low-fat mayo to make it healthier.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Very moist. I'm from the South so I'm a hard critic. A little bland for my taste. Something was missing that could have made it better. It was sweet and tangy but lacking spicy and salty flavors.

At first I was thrown off by the ingredients but I decided to give it a try because I had all the ingredients on hand. I had no idea this chicken would be extremely tender and full of flavor. It was like my taste buds were dancing around my tongue. This was a really big hit with my family. We will definitely make this again.

Amazing recipe! My family ate it all in two days. Wouldn't change a thing. We did season with salt at the table which I feel is a must with this dish.

Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage Ragu with Roasted Eggplant and Tomato

First off, the sausage is incredible! The food was very nice but the cooking time and portions of ingredients were a little off. Only use half an onion and double the amount of eggplant. Then, roast the vegetables in the oven for 35 minutes as another helpful reviewer suggested.

Easy Chocolate Creme Brulee

I loved how the Giradelli chocolate tasted in this recipe. I cut the serving size to 4 ramekins and it made 6. To my liking, I like my creme brulee to not taste like flavored cream but to be more custard like with vanilla or in this case chocolate. Instead it tasted more like chocolate cream instead of a custard. In my eyes, the best creme brulee is the one that keeps the ingredients secret because you can't decifer the individual ingredients.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Very nice flavor and perfect cook time. If I was to change next time I would remove an egg. I love the flavor of squash and don't want to overpower it with the extra egg. My family of 4 ate off of this 3 times.

Lowcountry Shrimp and Grits

Best shrimp and grits I have ever had. I did follow the recipe but added rosemary, garlic, and processed cheese to mine. I am from the south as well but in Alabama we cheese up our grits. We ate twice off this recipe which would be satisfying to a family of 4, possibly a family of 5.

Jamaican Tortilla Soup

Wow! My whole family loved this and its pretty simple to make. The flavor is extremely unique and is something you dont need to feel bad about craving. I did cut the water in half, added a condensed stock, and a whole can of coconut milk.

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks
