Breaded Beef
I'm sorry, but I wasted my ingredients and most importantly my time AND my good meat on this recipe. I followed every step to the "T". Except for freezing to cut. My meat was already thin. It just sat there in the oil. It was a mess. The flavor was bland. My fiance's mother made this before, and this recipe tastes NOTHING like hers... I think I'll stick with her recipe. I don't want to sund rude, but I am very dissatisfied... I will try to make again, maybe with a different type of meat. I just don't think breaded crumbs is for beef at all. Thanks tho. If it turns up better next time, I will rate high and try to edit this.

Egg Drop Soup I
OMG! I have to say, I NEVER had or even tried egg drop soup, for the fact that it looks nasty, but I needed an easy recipe to make my son because he was SUPER hungry, I tried a sip and I was like "OMG!" Even when I put the cornstarch first with the other ingredients, it was perfect! I think my fiance will LOVE this! This is a keeper here! Not too salty, and very flavorful! Thanks!

Boneless Buffalo Wings
I followed the instructions to the "T".. They didnt come out as good as I thought they would.. Good techniques to make breaded chicken, but this wasn't really for us.. The only one who seemed to eat it, was my 2 yr old.. The flour mix was very bland in my book.. I ran out of flour mix by the time I got to my 2nd chicken. (All I made was 2 chicken breast cut up) I had more milk n egg left over. The coating didnt stick at all either. Thanks anyways.
