Quiche Supreme
Have made this twice in onc week. It was a huge hit in our family, (had planned for dinner but never got that far as it was gobbled up for breakfast, lunch, and snacks -- and I discovered empty pie pans awaiting me . . .) Absolutely delicious cold or hot. Some minor tweaks that I made: used Jimmy Deans cooked turkey sausage rather than ham, and approximately doubled all the spice quantities. Quiches always seem to take a long time to cook in my oven, so I cut back the cream to 1-1/2 cups.

Harvested Chicken Stew
Bland. I was disappointed in the recipe. Thought it very bland (although I did add a little salt and pepper to try to help). My son didn't like; my teen-age daughter said, "Mom, it tastes like something is missing". Following on another reader's suggestion, and not wanting to waste the batch, I added a can of cream of celery soup and simmered a few minutes more, but it still didn't have a memorable flavor. Perhaps if recipe had used various seasonings the broth would have been more flavorful. My husband was out of town last night but I will ask him to try the soup when he returns tonight and if he thinks any differently than the rest of our family I will edit the post.

Cheater's Fudge
I actually thought that this recipe was quite good, but it is definately not fudge!!! I don't think that it tastes bad, though! the only problem for me though was that my microwave started to send out smoke and it set off our smoke alarm!
