Garlic Kale
I had to cook the kale for about 15 min. before it wilted enough for it to be chewable even after adding chicken stock and covering it to help steam it after the initial 5 min of sauteing. The garlic helped the flavor (which I added after 5 min like others suggested) but in the end my family didn't like it though I felt it was ok.

Alysia's Basic Meat Lasagna
This was very yummy! My husband and teenagers gobbled it up. I did put an extra 1/2 jar of sauce as people recommended. I also just cooked the meat, onions and garlic together then added the sauce ingredients. The amazing thing for me was to precook my noodles or not since nothing is mentioned in the recipe. In the end, I did not precook them and cooked the lasagna for 45 min. covered and it was perfect. I also split the recipe into two 8x8 glass pans so I could freeze one.
