Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

This was really, really good. I had a solid pork roast and it ended up taking about an hour and 20 minutes, and I, too, had to continually baste it, but it was worth it. I also attempted to cook the sauce prior to cooking it but it didn't get as thick as I'd like. Still very, very good and definitely a keeper! Thanks Christine!

Wild Rice and Ham Casserole

This was really surprisingly good! I used long grain white rice because it's all I had, and dijon mustard because it's my favorite. My 18 month old son devoured it. Very good, and a very fast meal!

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

My new favorite way to cook tilapia!! I melted the butter and cooked the parsley, garlic, pepper and lemon juice together before I poured it over the fish. Excellent! The garlic was nice and sweet from cooking in the butter. Thanks for sharing!!!

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

I was a bit disappointed in this, insofar as it seemed to take forever for the water to cook down, and by the time it did, my onions were mushy. I just didn't really care for the flavor at all, but my husband did.

BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

This was excellent! I agree, the cole slaw really made the sandwich and blended so well with the flavors of the barbeque sauce! The only thing I'll do differently next time is to not shred the chicken so finely. It ended up getting a little mushy, and I like mine a bit chunkier. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks Sarina!!!

Homemade Chicken Fettuccine

This was very good! I did make a few changes; I used half-and-half instead of heavy cream to make it a bit lower in fat, and put about a teaspoon of corn starch to make it thick. I cut out the butter and used spray instead, and I also sauteed the mushrooms separately in a touch of white wine for some flavor ant it turned out really well! I will definitely make this again!

Tuna Noodle Casserole III

This was really good. I added about a half cup of peas to mine. Next time I'll use 2 cans of soup, I like mine a bit saucier. For the cheese, I didn't have American so I shredded some Colby/Jack and it was really good.

Aussie Chicken

This was very good. Rather than having the chicken swimming in the honey mustard mixture, I only coated the chicken with it. I then put a piece of cheese on top of the chicken to hold the mushrooms and bacon in place. My husband loved this recipe, and has requested it since!

Saltimbocca alla Pollo

This had a really great wonderful flavor! The only changes I made was instead of rolling the prosciutto in the breasts, I pan fried the breasts, then put the prosciutto on top, and then a slice of mozzarella on top of that and let it melt and get gooey. I will definitely be making this again!!

Baked Pork Chops I

These were good, but there was a bit too much of a wine flavor for my liking. I'll make them again, but next time I think I'll cut down on the amount of wine the recipe calls for. My fiance, however, loved them as-is!

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

The taste was pretty good, but unfortunately the butter continually popped and splattered all over my broiler until my house was filled with smoke. I'll try this again, but I think next time I'll bake it rather than broil it.

Herb and Chicken Pasta

This was VERY good. Very moist and a wonderful flavor. I made mine with linguini. I didn't have any Cajun spices, so I used creole and it turned out really, really good. I will definitely make this again.

Gourmet Cheese Potatoes

Great flavor, very easy to prepare. I caramelized the onions prior to baking them with the potatoes to give the recipe a sweet flavor, but over all it was a great dish. Will definitely make again!
