Beef Cannelloni Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2002
I was not impressed with this at all. It was also a pain to make.

Scallop Scampi

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2002
I trippled the garlic since my girl friend and I are garlic freaks. Also, we did not have quite 1 pound of scallops so I added a bunch of shrimp. I sauteed the shrimp and the scallops in olive oil seperatly from everything at first. I just estimated a small hand-full of parsley to add near the end. Tip: Get your water boiling for the pasta just in time you add the chicken broth to the sauce. In the end the sauce turned-out very potent and strong which actually could stretch a long way if you really want it to.

Buffalo Chicken Wings III

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2002
This was good and easy. I followed the recipie exactly. For the hot sauce, I used Franks Hot Sauce. After everything was done, there was sauce left over. I think that it could have been more spicy though; I did not even break a sweat or my mouth and lips never burned (Bahhh!). Next time I'll add one teaspoon of chili paste and a little more cayenne also I might mince some garlic and heat that with the sauce for a bit. Of course, I used blue cheese. Also, I left the chicken wings in the oven for about 45 minutes turning them once (I could have even left them in longer though for extra crispyness). 30 minutes DOES NOT get them crispy.

Coconut Curry Tofu

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2002
Was good. Also, since our grocery store is lame, they did not have Bok Choy, so I used asparagus instead. I would like to add that I really did not feel the recipie instructions were very detailed so I just slapped everyting together and it turned out good. The spiciness was just right. But if you like it really spicy add another scoop of chili paste.

Chicken Scampi II

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2002
I liked this because it was easy and the ingredients were the type that are always available. I felt like something was missing though. And the 10-15 minute cook time seems correct. I added an extra twist of lemon to the sauce at the end. I can only imagine eating this with pasta. Some derelict left a feedback review of this recipie saying they used crisco in place of butter and served it with mashed potatos! HA HA HA they must be a funny wierd person

Thit Bo Xao Dau

It was kinda boring. I would perhaps suggest to add some other stuff to it.
