Pepper Chicken Piccata

Very bland. Did I do something wrong? Not sure how this has a four star average. Good news . . . I used the left overs to make awesome chicken tortilla soup the next day.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

AWESOME! I make these whenever we have company stay the night. Definitely not a healthy breakfast choice, but tasty! Stick with fresh blueberries. I used defrosted frozen the second time I made these and it just wasn't the same . . . though still good!

Chicken Tortilla Soup I

Wonderful! I made this with chicken from a bland recipe I made the night before - totally redeemed the chicken. I am a novice cook and I think this recipe is very forgiving and easy with subsitutions if you don't have something on hand.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

I thought it was good, but my husband said it lacked flavor. I followed the recipe . . .but keep in mind I am a beginner cook . . . so yours may turn out better.

Sweet Potato Biscuits

I thought these were great . . . and EASY! Had some leftover mashed sweet potatoes from Thanksgiving and whipped them into these little gems. My husband loves them with a little honey. I made exactly according to recipe except cut the salt to 1/2 tsp as suggested by others.
