Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2013
Used three rolled up foil balls under chicken to keep it from swimming in the fat juices. I did use a whole chicken with skin on and it was so tender. I used the BBQ sauce and 1/4 cup water. Didn't think the BBQ sauce added anything, but it was tender and juicy. I cooked it 4 hours on high and made a foil tent for the chicken to cool under after I removed it from the crock pot.

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 30, 2013
Awesome and easy. Did everything like they said, but I couldn't find the smoky sauce so I substituted 1tsp of molasses instead. Done in under 17min for me.

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2013
Awesome and easy. Made half the recipe in a 8x8 dish with some leftover rotisserie chicken. Used one can of cream of mushroom soup, one cup of rice, and one cup of water. I did not use onion soup mix. I added some frozen broccoli and sprinkle or rosemary, thyme, and basil. I mixed everything together before baking for just under 39 min at 350 degrees.

This was fantastic! I only used 1/3 cup sugar, sliver sliced almonds, and no minced onion because I didn't have any:) I took it to a get together with friends and everyone loved it.

Crock Pot Cheesy Mushroom Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2012
Used white wine, rosemary not celery spice, no mushrooms because I didn't have any. Served on egg noodles. Awesome. The only reason I gave it a four out of five is because crock pot chicken meals all kind of seem similar to me. This one exceeded my expectations.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
Awesome. Follow what others did with foil covering for the first half. My pork chops were at 160 degrees within 30 min. So I will cut back the time even more next time I use this. My husband LOVED this recipe!
