5-Minute Microwave Nutella® Cake

I made this gluten free by using Pamela's baking mix. It came out a little salty for a cake, but otherwise it was moist and had good flavor. I will try cutting the salt in half next time. I topped it with home made whipped cream mixed with nutella, which helped balance the salt flavor a little.

Depression Era Corn Chowder

Very bland. Needs more seasoning. I added chicken, thyme, garlic, seasoned salt, and onion to mine, which made it much more tasty.

Coffee Mug Cake

This was a very good recipe. I didn't have sour cream, so I just used 1 whole egg instead of a half of one. Also, I substituted Pamela's gluten free all purpose flour for the regular flour. Fantastic flavor and texture! Especially for a gluten free cake. I think I will try mixing in the brown sugar and cinnamon topping next time though, because with the GF flour it was a little floury tasting.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Good taste, but there was too much butter. It made a grease layer on top of the sauce almost 1/4 in. thick. Also, instead of being creamy, it came out chunky. I think next time, if I use this recipe again, I'll use much less butter, and make sure the cheese is room temperature before adding it more slowly.
