Extra-Yummy Fluffy Pancakes

I tried these after I tried the Fluffy Pancakes on this site, and hated the taste of them. For these, I left out the oil in the batter because the batter was already very runny for my taste. I also cooked with cooking spray instead of oil. I only added 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and even that I think was too much. It just didn't taste much like a pancake and was too thin. Maybe I did something wrong. I did let it sit for 5 minutes. I would never make these again.

Meatball Nirvana

(BASED ON 6 SERVINGS) I thought it would be too much onion, it wasn't. I only used 1/4 tsp. of the red pepper flakes and I wish I would have used more. I could barely taste the spice. HOWEVER, this was my first time ever making meatballs without eggs, and I was surprised how moist they turned out. I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I used 1/4 + 1/8 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs and 1/4 + 1/8 cup plain bread crumbs. The meatballs were really, really, good. I will definitely use this as my meatball staple from now on. Thanks for the recipe! :0

Boneless Buffalo Wings

I used skinless, boneless, thin-sliced chicken breasts, and it was just enough flour mixture for 3 of those breasts. I can't imagine how little it would be for 3 regular sized chicken breasts. The chicken was just okay to me. I expected a lot more spice. Instead it just seemed like regular fried chicken. I'm thinking maybe I should double the cayenne and paprika next time. Overall, it was a good basic fried chicken breast recipe to build from. I made my own sauce, as the one in this recipe was quite disgusting on its own. I used variations of ketchup, honey, hot sauce and bbq sauce, until it suited my own taste.

Heather's Grilled Salmon

I used frozen salmon and didn't marinate, just baked in a 350 degree oven for 22 min. It was PERRRRRRRRRRRRRRFECT! GREAT FLAVOR AND VERY MOIST! BEST SALMON RECIPE EVER!

Easy Italian Chicken II

As is I think it would be pretty bland. I added salt, pepper, garlic, shallots, honey and sprinkled with paprika. I used thin sliced chicken breasts and baked for 15 min. on each side, then broiled for 5 min. It was Really Good! :-)
