Chicken Florentine Casserole

So great, made the dish with little adjustments...no bacon, used whole milk instead of 1/2 and 1/2, fresh spinach, and browned the chicken prior to baking. Prepped the spinach and mushrooms and chicken night before. Day to sere made sauce and cooked for about 30 minutes and topped with Italian blend cheese....YUMMY GOODNES...extra sauce (used 2 cans of soup) will be used to put on pasta for another dinner!!

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler

Cream Cheese Squares

YUMMO!!! Made these last night, and they came out perfect! I also reduced the sugar to 3/4 a cup for mixture, and only brushed the top layer with melted butter and sprinkled a cinnamon/sugar mixture!! Next time will add the preserves as suggested in other reviews!!

Mushroom, Leek, Chicken Sausage and Tortellini Soup

Happen to have all the stuff at home that needed to be used...YUMMY! The only change was instead of sausage (not a fan, usually) I used chopped/diced chicken breast and cooked it with the leeks and mushrooms than added the broth..ect. Hope this helps, I was hesitate to try, but glad I did.

Banana Chocolate Chip Dessert

yum,yum, also made in a 9x13 baking dish and it turned out great...used as a dessert, and great the next morning with coffee. Another keeper for using those extra ripe bananas :)

Really yummy, and easy too, used pecans instead of walnuts. And turned out great. Next time may use a larger pan to make thinner, and reduce baking time. Will make again!!

Anniversary Chicken I

Made it for friends the first time..what a hit!! I made real bacon bits and used BBQ sauce instead of Terayki and Ranch dressing too. Great leftovers too!!
