Spaghetti Squash I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2011
Delicious! I've only had spaghetti squash once before and it was bland but I decided to try it one more time. I am so glad I did. My husband and i loved this! Highly recommend this recipe! I tweaked the recipe by using canned tomatoes with basil and oregano and feta cheese with tomato and basil. I will definately make this again!

Another beloved recipe! It took me three stores before I could even find anything resembling apple butter..I found a sugar free apple butter spread which i said it was better than nothing. Delicious! Highly recommend!

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Outstanding recipe. For my first Thanksgiving cooking myself I made this and my family was so suprised that this recipe and the other recipes I made came out sooo good. This was one of the hits of the deal and it only lasted that day. The two alterations I made was i used sweet organic yams and based on another reviewer i doubled the topping! Yum! Again another recipe for years to come!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
My family loved this chicken for Thanksgiving! There were quite suprised it was so flavorful. I found it a bit on the bland side but if my family is happy I'm happy. I'm just glad I cooked my first roast chicken and everyone was pleased by the results. It was very simple and took about an hour and half to cook.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
Delicious recipe! I made this for Thanksgiving and my family loved it. I made a couple alterations based on not finding a few things like turkey stock so I used chicken stock. I couldn't find turkey sausage so I used and chicken and apple chicken sausage (chopped). Based on a previous reviewer i also added an extra cup and half of a french baquette. I am thrilled over this recipe since I'm a non-cook and Stove Top has been my best friend for years. Not anymore this will def be added as a new family recipe. Fresh seasons as recommended really brought this flavoring out.
