Cheesy Poblano Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jul. 4, 2015
Love this recipe! Have tried it twice and loved it each time. The second time I added more cheese than the recipe called for (I'm a cheese lover).

Fried Cabbage and Kielbasa

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2015
My fiancee` and I loved this! I did make a few changes - instead of using bacon, I just used pork sausage links. I sautéed the cabbage in the sausage drippings once the pork sausage was done. I also added garlic seasoning and diced tomatoes. It didn't take as long to prepare since I cut out the bacon.??

Ragu Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: May 15, 2015
It turned out very well to be a last minute recipe decision. I didn't use Ragu like the recipe called for, but it still tasted great. I also used fresh morrazella from a cheese retailer and it melted wonderfully. I wished I added more cheese though!!! Will definitely make again.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2015
Made this recipe for dinner for my boyfriend and I. We both liked it, but I thought it was very vinegar-y. The balsamic vinegar tasted good but was too strong for my taste. I will make it again but will use less vinegar.

Big B's Collard Greens

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2014
I made this recipe for our family Thanksgiving last year - my first time making it for family (talk about pressure)!!! They turned out absolutely wonderful. I even had my brother in law request I make him a pot all for himself :-). The only changes I made were adding a couple of tsps of baking soda for tenderness and not pulling the meat from the ham hocks.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2012
Awesome recipe for people who liked foods with a little heat to it! Had to make a few substitutions....used white sliced mushrooms instead of Portobello mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese instead of Romano cheese because this is what i had on hand at the time I made the recipe. I'm sure if it was great with the substitutions then it will be even better with the actual ingredients. I do suggest for those who don't like a little heat in their food to use a little cayenne pepper or none at all like some of the other reviewers said.

Campbell's Kitchen Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2011
This recipe was absolutely great! It was quick and easy. I normally purchase stir fry sauce already in the bottle from the grocery store, but this recipe had ingredients to make the sauce. It tasted great and I didn't make any changes to the recipe at all!

Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2011
After reading the reviews, I decided to try this recipe. I must agree that this is a good meal! I wasn't too sure about the cream part with tomatoes & sausage, but it went great together. I would like to add for those who didn't know (like myself) that heavy cream is the same thing as heavy "whipping" cream. For those who are spicy dish lovers like myself, I would add more red pepper flakes.

Key Lime Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2010
This is an awesome Key Lime Cake recipe!!! No one in my family makes this cake and I found this recipe to try. I absolutely love it and so does my family. Once I make it, it never stays around the house longer than 2-3 days. Sometimes just a day if its a special occasion! Its very moist and very good. I give it 2 thumbs up!!!
