Mexican Rice II

Was tasty as it was however it was lacking in spice so I added approx 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper for a little kick. Was DELICIOUS!!!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

The only changes I made were I shredded the chicken instead of cubed and used about 3.5 cups of Chicken instead of 3. I also purred one can of the beans so the soup would be a little bit thicker. I also added in a half of a can of beer...Don't ask but it made it so much more flavorful and the beer cooks out. Once it was in my bowl I topped with a sprinkle of monterey jack cheese, a tbsp of sour cream and some pico de galo. Also can eat tortilla chips with it. I did cook it a little bit longer just so the beer would cook down and it would be back to the thickness I liked....Will definitely make this again...It was DELICIOUS!!! And no...it wasn't too spicy.

5-Layer Mexican Dip

I love this recipe however I like to add a little more seasoning to it so I add in about 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayanne Pepper with the beans. I also add one more layer before the tomato of chopped jalapenos. It adds just a little bit of a kick without overpowering.

Melting Snowmen OREO Cookie Balls

I must have done something totally wrong because I followed the instructions and the mixture was sticking to my hands like crazy. The chocolate I melted were white chocolate chips (which didn't melt smoothly.) Also when rolling the balls in the chocolate the mixture started to run into the chocolate so, like someone else said, they looked like dirty ghosts. If I ever try to make these again I will chill the mixture so it doesn't stick to me and I will try a different kind of white chocolate.
