I've always had trouble getting eggs to peel easily. I've tried several different traditional methods, used older eggs, with or without the ice water, you name it.
I tried this formula and put 9 eggs in because I always have one or two that have chunks rip off with the shell. It turns out there was no need----all 9 turned out pretty as a magazine photo. Not one split, gouged or cracked. The yolks were pure creamy yellow. The shells came off pretty easily. I didn't have to fight them like I normally had to before.
This is already on my hard drive. It's a keeper.
