Butterscotch Pudding II
for taste- amazing! for calories- yikes! But, overall this is a great recipe... took me about 5 minutes, and soo yummy. You should really whisk CONSTANTLY and add the milk very slowly to get a great creamy and smooth texture. This was my first time so I used 3\4 brown sugar and 1\4 white. Not too sweet but still nice and butterscotchy. I also added an extra yolk (using them up), 1/2 the amount of butter and some vanilla. Didn't cut out the flavor at all, really nice!!

Nacho Dip I
This is delicious!! Make sure you get the cream cheese REALLY soft before you mix it, otherwise it'll be lumpy. Yuck. Microwave for at least 30seconds, and then slowly stir in the sour cream and finally the taco seasoing. Let it sit in the fridge for a while to let it set before spreading salsa on top- homemade salsa tastes much better than store bought!! Be sure to chop your leattuce in short, thin pieces to make dipping easier. Top it off with cheese and whatever fresh veggies you like: my fave's are diced cucumbers, sliced onion, sliced cherry tomatoes. Every recipe needs some experience before it's perfect & i thought id share mine!!

Devil's Food Cake I
THANKYOU! This cake is wonderfully easy! It only took me about 10 minutes but I didn't have and eggs, so I googled it and it sayed to substitute milk, so I did. So far, it looks INCREDIBLE, smells EVEN BETTER and I can't wait to taste it on sunday- it's going into a 5-layer cake with 3 layers choc, 2 layer strawberry cheesecake topped off with strawberry icing and chocolate covered strawberries..... Happy birthday mom
