I am a union bricklayer for over thirty years, working in New England. Traveling is a big part of the job. I like great meals, and have eaten everything. Then go home and try to duplicate my meal, and usually nail it.
My favorite things to cook
I cook anything. Being on the road so long I cook what I like, or what my crew wants. A lot of slow cooker meals, ready for us when were done. BBQ, fish, pork, steaks, pastas, or going to allrecipes and picking a new meal to try.
