About this Cook
This all started when my allergy to MSG went full bloom in Spring 2010. Since that American poison of choice is in a huge proportion of prepared food and prepackaged items, I started learning how to cook at home. It was a necessity. To keep myself from getting bored with my own cooking I had to quickly expand my cooking repertoire. I'm completely enthralled that there exists an online community that shares and discusses recipes. I'll try to post a few myself.

Stuffed Leg of Lamb with Balsamic-Fig-Basil Sauce
Like whoa. I made this for a number of guests on New Years Eve and made quite the ruckus. Thank you for your recipe! I cooked it in a Dutch oven without the lid on the stove top for about 8 minutes to brown it up a tad. I moved it into the oven at 375 F with the lid on until the temperature probe read 145 F-150 F in the center. It came out beautifully.
